How do I take care of my jewelry?

All wire wrapped pieces are coated with jewelry sealer to prevent further tarnishing. Wipe down with a polishing cloth and/or jewelry cleaner.

Resin jewelry can be cleaned with a damp cloth and wiped with a polishing cloth.

How are XO Creations shipped?

All XO Creations are shipped first class thru USPS. Packages are shipped out Monday and Wednesday. You will recieve a tracking number once the package is shipped. 

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes. All custom pieces must be paid for before creation. No exchanges or refunds for custom pieces. Processing time for custom pieces is 2-3 weeks depending on style of piece. Please take this in to consideration when ordering around holidays. 

Can my purchase be gift wrapped?

All XO pieces come in decorative boxes and are ready for gift giving! If you would like a package personalized, please send me a message with the recipients name once your purchase has been made. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Please contact me within a week of delivery to discuss returns and exchanges. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will be issued once item is returned and inspected for damage. Any damage to the piece may result in partial refund. 

All minerals are final sale. All customs are final sale. 

Do you remake sold out pieces?

No. All XO Creations are one-of-a-kind, and will never be recreated. Certain collections will have similar designs, but no two pieces will be identical. 

Do you offer wholesale options?

Yes. if you would like to make a wholesale order, please send me a direct message with your request. 

Do you offer repairs?

Yes, I offer repairs to wire pieces and necklaces in the first year after purchase.

If one of your wire wrapped pieces becomes loose or damaged, I will repair it free of charge within the first year of purchase. Along with any leather or chain necklace you purchase from me.

​

I do not offer repairs if your crystal has broken, or resin piece becomes scratched. 

​

Customer is responsible for all shipment charges. 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, errors are made and packages become lost or stolen. I have no control over what happens to the package once it has been shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the post office with the tracking number provided to you.
